I'd go for more Cooper too! I'd like to add "Lost In America" to the list. Posts: 902 | From: Joliet,IL.USA | Registered: Oct 2001

Kid Rock is one of those who now say no to karaoke - the one reason Feel Like Making Love made it on SC was that Kid didn't write it.

That's strange, because "Picture" (the song he did w/Sheryl Crow) gets sung ALL THE TIME and I'm really tired of it! No offense intended to anyone here who has sung it, but it seems like 9 times out of 10, if a guy and a girl get up to sing a duet, this is the song they do.

The Kid Rock "No" to karaoke happened during this new cd. These guys can always change their minds, but then again, it might be the artist, the publishing company, or whoever.
If you want a "Kid Rock" song on karaoke - how about Nickelback's "Rock Star" from their new CD, sounds a lot like Kid Rock.

NO.1 ON MY WANTED
That's a good one, as I recall. I've only heard it a few times, and it's been a while...
I definitely have a "#1 on my wanted list" myself--"Psychobabble" by the Alan Parsons Project. I know I already mentioned this on a couple of other threads here, but maybe if I keep bugging the Sound Choice people, they'll do it...do ya think so?

As soon as Kid Rock gives permission(his Publisher) I really hope BC will put on a Disc. "Midnight Train to Memphis" great tune and whats shocking that all these companies made a whole disc of KR but not one of them put that song on there.

Yeah, those are good ones. "29 Palms" is available--I sang it the other night!

I've got another suggestion: Daryl Braithwaite-"Higher than Hope" (a minor hit from the early '90s). It's a fun song to listen to and would be fun for karaoke as well. Anyone else want to second this one?
