Noticed a competitor just put out new George Canyon (Who Would You Be), and The Road Hammers (East Bound And Down). Not sure how much exposure these are getting in the US, but as usual, would love the SC treatment.

I love the Rascal Flatts song called "Backwards". It's from their new CD. I'm betting it will be a hit in the future. Time to get a jump on the competition! :-)

I love Phil Vassar's versions of some of his songs that he wrote for other people. He recorded the new versions for his latest Greatest Hits package. The songs include "Bye Bye" and "I'm Alright" (previously recorded by Jo Dee Messina), "My Next Thirty Years" and "For A Little While" (previously recorded by Tim McGraw) and "Little Red Rodeo" (previously recorded by Collin Raye). I know the songs are already out as recorded by the original artists but it would be cool to have Phil's versions as well... especially the Jo Dee Messina tunes.

A Better Man is on 2172, a Clint Black Star Series disc. Looks discontinued, but might still be in the pipeline somewhere. Surprised it never made it to a Spotlight so far as I can tell.

Well Brand New Girlfriend really isn't new anymore. Either SC couldn't get licensing or they had 15 better tracks to release on their country hits album during that period.
