Imagine you didn't get voted off the island, but rather were to be stuck on the island for at least a full year with only ONE album to listen to...and beyond that the album would play loud at least once a day every day until you are rescued.... What album would you pick?

I would have to select The Bealtes WHITE ALBUM because it contains so many diffrent "styles" of songs. Then I can set my actions of the day by the song. When SAVORY TRUFFLE plays it's time for dinner...and when REVOLUTION #9 plays its time to have an 8 minute stroll in the jungle to find a spot to "relieve" myself! LOL! Dire Straits, Brothers in Arms. (Good for relaxing, for the most part)

I listened to that album almost daily in high school, and it still hasn't gotten old. Not to mention all the beach/ocean-themed songs; highly appropriate for a desert island...

I think that metallica's "Garage Inc." would be the only thing to listen to. At least if I'm gonna be stuck on an island by myself with no women or you know.......well at least I can listen to some good headbanging music to be ****ed off with, because I'm stranded.

I'd have to say AC/DC's "Back In Black" - so many cool songs on one CD that I'd never get tired of. (Plus, I'd really enjoy the playing loud part!).

Two British men who were detained at the US prison camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, allege they were tortured and forced to listen to Eminem at deafening levels.
Shafiq Rasul and Asif Iqbal described their abuse in an open letter to George Bush released by the New York-based Center for Constitutional Rights, which is providing legal counsel for the men.
The men say they were forced to listen to loud rap music, particularly Eminem, in an attempt to extract information from the prisoners.
"They didn't torture us physically, but they did psychologically by raising the volume of rap music all day until it became unbearable," Mohammed Jaber said in December of 2003.''
But Jaber said he kept one secret from his captors, fearing the treatment could get worse, "I mean I like rap, just imagine them playing jazz."

So, how about albums you wouldn't pick? LOL.

I wouldn't pick? Oh hell, how much time do you have?
I wouldn't pick the greatest hits of William Shatner. Or Leonard Nimoy. Or Sylvester Stallone (yes, he actually did try to sing once. ONCE.)

Okay,so, we're on a desert Island huh, well, I guess I would have to have Carol King's Tapestry Album, It is timeless and I could listen to it over and over and over,
I wouldn't pick anything by THE DARKNESS, that would be torture !!!!
