I heard a song on the radio and I can't remeber who or what it was...the hook goes...
I know it was a 70's hit...

"Spin on that wheel, spin on that wheel, spin on that wheel of romance'

Anyone?

Dale,

You're right, it IS a fantastic song--that's "Dancin' Shoes", a 1979 hit by Nigel Olsson, better known as Elton John's original drummer. He had a follow-up hit with an updated version of the Jarmels' 1961 doo-wop hit "A Little Bit of Soap".

CBS recently issued a "Best of..." CD on Nigel which contains both of these great songs.

Now when can we see this on karaoke?

Best,

Mark

Oh Yeah! Now I remember the title. It starts out cold too "Too many broken hearted people..." or something like that.

Does anyone recall the one hit wonder from a group called Steel Breeze?

Well, in 1982 Steel Breeze came out with a popular song called "You Don't Want Me Anymore". I think that's their only hit that made the charts. I can't recall how it goes though.
