Is it illegal to buy karaoke downloads and burn your own CD+G?

Depends on where you buy them & which manus are allowing them. Some are legal - even SC that come without graphic swipes - just music. Other manus have downloads available but many are overseas manus. Then there are just some plain illegal sites that try to pass themselves off as legal.
