Anyone out there b-sides me do any songs by Loverboy on karaoke? Be honest, I promise I won't laugh too hard, LOL.

"Working For The Weekend" every once in awhile. And that's all I'm going to admit to.

I *wish* I could sing "Turn Me Loose" but alas I don't have pipes even close to Mr. Reno!

Man, you guys are bad news!! LOL. I thought I was the only one in the state, if not the country, who does any Loverboy tunes. I've done all of the above mentioned songs, including "This Could Be The Night". 'Course, I have to have the key lowered so I wouldn't have to scream the songs. I won second place in a contest doing that one and won first place (the only time winning first place) doing "Hot Girls In Love". At another competition, I did "Hot Girls", and got the crowd singing the chorus, just like Loverboy does it in concert. COOL STUFF!!!! Now, all I need is "Heaven In Your Eyes", "Notorious", "When It's Over", "Lucky Ones", "Take Me To The Top", and maybe, "Too Hot" (that one's a screamer, almost like Bon Jovi).

I sing Loverboy too, and I'm not afraid to admit it. Great songs, great singer.

I can't hit that scream in "Turn Me Loose" either. I sing that one note a fifth octave lower so it still matches the song. I don't like key changers; they ruin the sound.

Heavan in Your Eyes is from Top Gun. Grrreat song too!

Footloose had the Almost Paradise duet with Mike Reno and Anne Wilson.

yeah Mark, I tend to agree.

If I have to change the pitch, I'd rather not do it!

Matt

P.S. Thanks Alice. I had both soundtracks, and new it was on one of them.
