I used to do fancy posters, (nothing that fancy, by any means) but they generally got torn up and ripped down. At one venue I guess they were too large, and they cut them in half (go figure ) So I've gone to simple 8 1/2 x 11 black and white posters. Big letters, short message - hopefully you can read it from across the room.

Basically I use photoshop. I try to let my imagination run wild so I get the most out of what I'm trying to accomplish.
The reason I like photoshop is that you can virtually do anything you want. Eventually I'd like to get into Corel, or even Illustrator so I can get into vector shapes and not have to worry about fuzzy pixels.
